The National Committee on Security held a meeting at Ganobhaban at 11:00 am. The meeting ended at 2 o’clock.

The Prime Minister himself is the convener of the National Committee on Security. The total members of this committee are 29, including the Minister-State Minister, Security Advisor, Secretary, Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, BGB, Coast Guard, Forces Intelligence and NSI chiefs.

The work of the National Committee on Security, formed in 2019, is to review all issues and activities related to the security and defense of the country, evaluate and review the internal security situation of the country, give instructions to take necessary measures on the security issues of the country and formulate recommendations for the Cabinet if necessary and related issues.
