Khalilur Rahman Ibrahim, son of deceased Tajimul Haque of Shankarbati Tenumandal Para village of Chapainawabganj municipality area, said in a written statement at the press conference that the case is ongoing in the learned court. In view of this, the court has issued section 144 on that land. It has been alleged that they are forcibly constructing structures in defiance of the directions of the learned Court, disregarding the law of the Court, even if there is any direction of construction or possession till the settlement. He said that Salim, son of Shaukat Ali and Jalal Uddin’s son, Abdul Haque, son of Sabed Munsi and Abdul Haque, son of Abdul Haque of Shankarbati Kharopara village, want to take possession of the ancestral property by force. He said that the road in front of his main gate was blocked by force.They did not stop by occupying, on the contrary, they complained of various death threats and intimidation. He said that he is living in a rented house with his family. There is only father and mother in that house. He said these things by demanding a proper investigation of the incident from the administration and strict security of the family as he could not go to his house due to fear.
