 On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day at Shakpur Union of Barura, Comilla, a preparation and discussion meeting was held under the guidance of Comilla South District Awami League Vice President AZM Shafiuddin Shamim, Awami League candidate for Comilla-8 Barura Constituency.
This preparatory meeting was held at the Ahar Bilas Restaurant in Shakpur Bazar on Monday, August 7 at 3 pm under the initiative of Shakpur Union Awami League and its organization. Under the chairmanship of former member of Shakpur Union Parishad Suleiman, former member of Comilla South District Awami League and former mayor of Barura municipality Md. Bahaduruzzaman, female vice chairman of Barura Upazila Parishad Kamrun Nahar Shikha, female councilor of Barura Municipality Ninuara Begum, former president of Barura Upazila Chhatra League were present.
