Md. Ibrahim is the son of Lal Mia Howlada of Ward No. 3 of Charkajal Union of Galachipa Upazila of the district. Ibrahim took a job in Jewel Enterprises, a store selling electronic products of various brands, to serve his parents. Suddenly there was a glimmer of hope. Jewel, the owner of Jewel Enterprise, proposed to Ibrahim that he would partner with MEP. The Ibrahim family talked to everyone and gave 6 lakh 60 thousand rupees to Jewel in different stages by mortgaging his father’s land. After a few years, when he needed some financial help for his father’s treatment, Jewel promised to expand the business, now do another business, said Ibrahim. Later, Jewel took a loan from NGO (Confidence Savings and Credit Cooperative Society). Mentioned that the NGO carried out the treatment at a high rate. Interest has to be calculated. Later, after canceling the partnership and asking Jewel to return 3 years of capital and business money, Jewel stood in front as a snake, the victim’s family complained. Threats started one after another and various excuses for not paying money with new tricks. Because of which Ibrahim suffers social and financial losses in various ways, he has to leave his ancestral home in fear of his life, sometimes he is scared even when he comes home.
Overall matter Ibrahim as plaintiff Mokam Galachipa learned Senior Judicial Magistrate court (21,60,000) sued Jewell to recover the amount owed to him on 14/02/24.

On the other hand, Jewel became the plaintiff and made a complaint of embezzlement of one crore and fifty one lakh rupees against Ibrahim in the Charkajal Union Parishad. After which local arbitration was arranged, in the arbitration some powerful people based in Lezur were also placed in it, by using threats and pressure, Ibrahim was deprived of his partnership and Ibrahim was given a false title.
Here also when you see that the matter is not a cover-up, then on 05/02/24 Mokam Galachipa learned Senior Judicial Magistrate showed a capital of one crore and fifty-one lakh taka, showed that one crore taka was raised in different stages and a case was filed against Ibrahim in the court whose uncle No. 108/24.
According to the complaint of the Union Parishad, there is a discrepancy of Tk 51 lakh.
A video of the conversation between the Union Parishad complaint and the case filed in the court has surfaced on social media, which is understood to be nothing more than a fabricated story. However, it can be seen in a video of Union Parishad, Jewel said in his testimony that Ibrahim was my MEP business partner and I took six lakh sixty thousand taka from him.
It is noted that in a video footage, it is seen that Ibrahim increased his salary after seeing the transparency of his work from January 2024. If he has shown transparency in his work till January, then there is a question in the mind of the public as to why there are allegations of misappropriation of 1.5 million taka against him in January itself. . Currently, the case of both parties is under investigation by PBI.
While the case is ongoing, Jewel tortured and assaulted Ibrahim inhumanely. Due to hitting him from behind, he lost hearing in both ears, pierced his left ear drum and severely injured his hand. The injured Ibrahim was rescued by local people and admitted to the 50-special health complex in Galachipa. is done If the treatment worsened there, he was admitted to Barisal Medical College Hospital for better treatment.
Ibrahim filed another case on 20-03-24 with Jewel as the defendant, CR No. 233/24. In another video it can be seen that during the investigation of case 233/24, SI Muktar Hossain did not mention what the witnesses said in the report but took the testimony of the new witness without hearing the whole story and there is no mention of the fact that Ibrahim Barisal was admitted to Shebachim.
Journalists talked to a few local people who did not want to name this matter, they said that these are all lies and fabrications, this is the character of Jewel. A local man named Noor Md broke his leg and injured his whole body while cutting rice.

Mokam Galachipa filed a case in the Court of learned Senior Judicial Magistrate bearing CR No. 1098/2020 and also filed a case bearing Memorandum No. 1574/3/5/2020. Defendant Jewel told the reporter over the phone, Ibrahim used to withdraw all the money of my business company. At one time, for the sake of good relationship, I left the place at different times. In my absence, my business lost about crores of rupees from the shop and field. If you ask Ibrahim, many stories are created, in a speech of about 12 (twelve) minutes, he claims that all allegations against me are false and fabricated.
Plaintiff Ibrahim said, I have filed two cases in a row. I want to say through you with respect to the law that what is mentioned in my filed case is completely true. So I request PBI and CID who are investigating my case to do a proper investigation and submit a report.
When the reporter spoke to two officials of PBI and CID investigating this matter, they said that the investigation of the case is ongoing. A report will be submitted to the court as soon as the investigation is completed.
