The former president (acting) of the madrasa management council Fakhruzzaman left the madrasa after failing to collect the income and expenditure account of the madrasa from him. And next to the madrasa Al-Hera established another madrasa named Mirpur-Palpur Madrasa. Due to all these irregularities and corruption of Muhtamim, an arrest warrant was issued against Asad Al Hossain in the case No. GR 23/2024 (Sadar). Currently he is absconding in the said case. Case 167/24 (Sadar) is under investigation on behalf of the said Madrasa Committee in Moulvibazar No. 1 Acquiring Court on the complaint of income-expenditure of the Madrasa.
