A discussion meeting and prayer mahfil was held on the occasion of the return of three-time BNP Chairperson, former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia to the country after her treatment in London.
On Tuesday (May 6, 2025) at 2:30 pm, the discussion meeting and prayer mahfil held in front of the old building of the Dinajpur District Bar Association was presided over by Adv. Md. Mostafizur Rahman Mostak, PP of the District Judge’s Court and Senior Vice-President of the Lawyers Forum District Unit.
Adv. Md. Mostafizur Rahman Mostak, GP of the District Judge’s Court and Vice-President of the Forum, Adv. Molla Md. Sakhawat Hossain, General Secretary of the Nationalist Lawyers Forum District Unit, Adv. Mahfuzur Rahman Khan Bipul, Vice-President Md. Emam Ali, General Secretary of the District Bar Association Adv. Md. Khayrat Ali, Vice President Adv. Kabir Bin Golam Charlie and others.
After the discussion, prayers were offered for the health of Begum Khaleda Zia. The prayers were led by the Religious Affairs Secretary of the District Bar Association Md. Rezaul Haque.
The discussion meeting and prayer mahfil were attended by senior lawyers Adv. Md. Abdul Aziz, Adv. Md. Rais Uddin, Adv. Anwarul Haque Sarkar Manik, Vice President of the District Bar Forum Md. Manjurul Haque, Organizing Secretary Md. Mahfuz Ali Chowdhury, Office Secretary Md. Ainul Haque, Deputy General Secretary of the District Bar Association Adv. Md. Abdur Rahman Sohag, Additional PP Md. Rashedul Islam Manik, Md. Barkat Ali, APP Adv. Md. Tariqul Islam Tariq, Adv. Dilara Begum Ranu, Adv. Touhida Yasmin Tanin, Adv. Sadib Bin Golam Naser and other leaders and activists of the Lawyers Forum were present. The program was moderated by AKM Manjur Rashid Ratan, Deputy General Secretary of the Lawyers Forum District Unit.
