A.S,M Nasir: Today Sunday 15 June 2025 RAJUK conducted two separate mobile courts in the areas under RAJUK. A total of 1 lakh taka fine was imposed and 10 electric meters were seized.
Under the leadership of RAJUK Executive Magistrate Shanta Rahman, a mobile court was conducted in 06 under-construction buildings in Bhangna area of Shubhadhya Mouza, Keraniganj under RAJUK Zone 7/2. During this time, 3 electric meters were seized for violating building construction rules during the construction of the buildings. In addition, the parts of the buildings that deviated from the approved design of RAJUK were removed. Authorized Officer Mr. Saida Islam, Assistant Authorized Officer, Chief Building Inspector, Building Inspector and other officials and employees related to the eviction process were also present in the said mobile court.
On the other hand, another mobile court was conducted in the Kawla Madrasa Road area of Dakshinkhan under the jurisdiction of RAJUK under the leadership of Mr. Belayet Hossain. During this, mobile courts were conducted in a total of 07 under-construction buildings. 07 meters were seized for violating the building construction rules during the construction of the building and a total fine of 1 lakh taka was imposed. During this, the parts that deviated from the approved design of RAJUK were removed. In addition, an undertaking of 300 taka on a judicial stamp was collected from the building owners that they would not deviate from the approved design in the construction of the building.
