IU BCL holds anti-ragging campaign

The Islamic University unit of Bangladesh Chhatra League on Tuesday arranged an anti-ragging and sexual harassment campaign on the campus in Kushtia.

More than three hundred leaders and activists of the BCL IU unit, led by its President Faisal Siddike Arafat and General Secretary Nasim Ahmed Joy, brought out a procession from the party’s tent around 12:30 Pm. The procession ended at the Bot Tola adjacent to the Faculty building of the university. A discussion meeting was held there where IU BCL unit president and secretary delivered their speech against ragging and harassment of the students. After the discussion program, they distribute the anti-ragging and sexual harassment leaflets to the students on the campus.Among others, IU BCL unit activists Tonmoy Saha Tony, Ariful Islam Khan, Boni Amin, Mamunur Rashid, Rokibul Islam, Hossain Mojumdar and Shohag Sheikh attended the campaign.
