Israeli forces have launched an operation in the occupied West Bank city of Nablus. It was reported that six Palestinians were killed. Many were injured. According to the ministry, the deceased are 72-year-old Adnan Sabi Bara, Mohammad Khaled Anbousi (25), Tamer Minawi (33), Musab Wais (26), Hossam Islam (24) and Mohammad Abu Bakr (23). On this day, at around 10 am local time, the Israeli forces started the operation in the city. Then there was a fierce conflict. It is known that all entrances to the city were closed at the beginning of the operation. Basically the situation revolves around the siege of a Palestinian fighter’s house. The Palestinian armed group Lion’s Den said in a statement that clashes with Israeli forces occurred during the operation. According to the Israeli army, operations are still being conducted in the city of Nablus. However, they did not give detailed information in this regard. Since the beginning of 2023, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in the occupied territories has reached 57, including 12 children.
