A 3-day agricultural fair and agricultural exhibition were held under the Kandal Crop Development Project at Barura in Comilla.
Upazila Parishad Chairman Md. Hamid Latif Bhuiyan (Kamal) was present as the chief guest in the event under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Nu-Emong Marma Mong and under the supervision of Upazila Agriculture Officer Md. Zahidul Islam organized by Barura Upazila Agriculture Extension Department on Tuesday at 12 noon. Barura Municipality Mayor Md. Baktar Hossain Bakhtiar, Barura Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Md. Farhad Hossain, Female Vice Chairman Minuara Begum, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Muhibus Salam Khan, Assistant Agriculture Officer Mohammad Ali, Pradeep Das and other leaders were present as guests.
On this day, reality came out from the Barura Upazila Agricultural premises and after the road circuit of Rasdar, it passed through the Upazila Parishad and ended at the Upazila Agricultural Office premises. , different varieties of potatoes, lathi kachu, and pani kachu are displayed. And at the end of the program saplings were distributed among the students coming from different educational institutions.
