Recently, the students and local people of Ward No. 19 and 20 of Narayanganj City Corporation have held this human chain program to demand gas supply.
The people participating in the human chain alleged that a class of Titus officials are depriving the local residents through corruption and manipulation. From the rally they sought the intervention of Chief Adviser/Energy Adviser to ensure gas supply.
To keep the gas connection uninterrupted, the residents have been paying the bill for the past two years, but they are still deprived of getting gas.
The victims said that the living conditions of the local people are being disrupted to an extreme extent.
