Md. Zillur Rahman Jewel, Galachipa: Patuakhali’s Galachipa-BNP and Ganadhikar Parishad leaders and activists vandalized BNP party offices in Galachipa-Bokulbaria and Char Biswas areas, VP Nurul Haque Nur was blocked overnight, and on Thursday, June 12, there was extreme tension between the leaders and supporters of the two parties who were injured in the violent attacks and in the interest of law and order, from June 13 to June 15, 8:00 am, all political parties including both parties’ activities, meetings, rallies, demonstrations, including the transportation of illegal weapons – domestic sticks – were banned in the Galachipa municipal headquarters and its surrounding areas. In order to stop all kinds of activities, Upazila Executive Officer and Upazila Executive Magistrate Md. Mahmudul Hasan issued a public notice and miked with the seal of the Upazila Executive Magistrate Md. Mahmudul Hasan. As a result, patrols by law enforcement forces, including members of the Bangladesh Army and police, have been strengthened in various places, including the municipal headquarters.
