Today, Wednesday 28May 2025 at 12 noon, the founder of Bogra Gabtoli Women’s College, BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia’s advisor, former MP Helaluzzaman Talukder Lalu, Vice-President of the Central Krishak Dal, said at the foundation stone ceremony of the fourth-floor academy building of the college that the results of the students of this college are truly commendable, if we get everyone’s cooperation, we will make this college a university in the same way as we established this college, InshaAllah. The program was attended as special guests by former Chairman of Gabtoli Upazila Parishad and Organizing Secretary of Bogra District BNP, Zahidul Islam Helal, Human Rights Affairs Secretary of Bogra District BNP, one of the members of Gabtoli Thana BNP and three-time former Mayor of Gabtoli Municipality, Saiful Islam, Village Government Affairs Secretary of Bogra District BNP, and General Secretary of Gabtoli Municipality BNP, Abdur Rahim Pintu. The event was presided over by the college president, eminent agriculturalist Dr. Mahmudul Hasan Shuja, and moderated by the college principal Nur Alam Siddique. Teachers Zahirul Islam, Abdur Rahim, Jahangir Alam, Sultana Bidhra, Hamidul Haque Shilu also spoke. After the foundation stone laying, prayers were offered for everyone.
