In the morning of 10th July at the Police Lines Drill Shed, an introduction and exchange of views meeting was held for journalists with Mohammad Monirul Islam, PPM, newly joined as Superintendent of Police of Feni district. The Superintendent of Police said that all kinds of initiatives will be taken to eliminate drugs and terrorism with the cooperation of all. In this case, especially the journalists should play a sincere role. Moreover, the police should cooperate with journalists in these matters with responsibility. He requested everyone’s cooperation to provide smart policing services in each police station, suppress juvenile gangs, prevent gambling and theft and maintain peace and order throughout the district. Later, the journalists highlighted various problems and possibilities of Feni district. During this time, many people including promoted officers of the district police were present.
