In Kazipur of Sirajganj, the initiative of International Standard University (ISU) has distributed winter clothes and blankets among the needy. On December 30, 2023, at 12 o’clock on Saturday, winter clothes were distributed in the premises of Qazipur Al-Jamiatul Madaniya (Madrasah).
Kazipur Upazila Executive Officer Sohrab Hussain, Kazipur Thana Officer-in-Charge Md Shahidul Islam, Sonamukhi Union Chairman Md Shahjahan Ali, International Standard University Assistant Professor Naser Iqbal, Head of Public Relations Department Raisul Haque Chowdhury, Admission Officer Md Arafat were present on the occasion. Hossain, Standard Group Manager Md. Sarkar Kabir, Co-Manager Md. Ruhul Amin and others.
Speakers said, International Standard University is always trying to keep itself involved with humanitarian works. Like every year, this year too this university stands by the helpless and poor people in Sirajganj’s Kazipur, Sonamukhi, Yamuna’s char area and its surrounding areas.
On December 30, 2023, 5,000 blankets, 750 pieces of blankets and 12,000 winter clothes were distributed to Kazipur, Sonamukhi, Yamuna Char area of Sirajganj and its surrounding areas.
