Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Naib Amir and former member of parliament Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher said, Bangladesh politics, elections, constitution need some reforms, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami is in favor of constitutional reform. First, elections must be held under a caretaker government. The Election Commission must be reconstituted. A person cannot be prime minister for more than two times i.e. more than ten years, then it becomes a dictatorship – it becomes fascism. The power of the President and the Prime Minister should be balanced. Elections will be held on the basis of the party symbol – seats in the Parliament will be decided according to the percentage of votes.
