An exchange meeting and debate competition was held in Comilla’s Barura with the aim of creating public awareness and encouraging students to practice honesty under the organization of the Barura Upazila Committee. Barura Upazila Secondary Education was present as the chief guest in the debate competition under the chairmanship of Barura Upazila Anti Corruption Committee President Md. Shah Alam and chaired by Barura Upazila Anti Corruption Committee member Advocate Shakila Zaman at 11 am on Saturday, June 17 at Barura Haji Nawab Ali Pilot High School Auditorium. Officer Md. Saiful Islam. Judge of Debate Competition Senior Lecturer Mohammad Masud Majumdar, Judge Quaid Abedin, Teacher Teacher Abdus Sattar, Engineer Md. Monir Hossain, Principal of Barura High School and College, Md. Medhad Uddin, Principal of Barura Haji Nawab Ali Pilot High School, Barura Upazila Corruption Prevention Committee spoke on the occasion. General Secretary Azhar Suman, Md. Nazrul Islam, Member Duprak Parveen Akhtar and others. Corruption is the main obstacle in building Smart Bangladesh, Barura Haji Nawab Ali Pilot High School was champion and Barura High School and College was runner up in debate competition. This debate competition will be held in all schools of Barura.
