On the occasion of Bangabandhu’s birth centenary, the landless and homeless people have been handed over their houses along with their land, elderly widows and maternity allowances are being paid, infrastructure is being built to improve the quality of education in every upazila of the country, and large developments are being made like the Padma Bridge with roads, bridges and culverts. Agriculture has contributed in every field including modernity. Therefore, he announced the creation of Smart Bangladesh by 2041, so he advised everyone to work together regardless of party affiliation. He gave advice on traffic congestion in Barura Municipality and assured that the electricity problem in Barura Upazila will be solved very soon. In the afternoon on the occasion of August 15 National Mourning Day, he distributed prizes as the chief guest at the final round of the school debate competition and the reception of the students who obtained GPA-05.
