BNP will hold a rally in Nayapaltan today to demand Khaleda Zia’s unconditional release. The rally will be held in front of the party’s central office on Saturday (June 29) at 2:30 pm. The party has prepared for a big gathering based on the rally. Accordingly, the leaders have already made organizational preparations.
Leaders and workers from neighboring districts and cities will participate in this program of BNP called for the release of the party chief after about eight months. Leaders and activists of pro-BNP professional organizations will also be present in the rally.
BNP Standing Committee members and senior leaders of the party will address the rally. Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will address the gathering as the chief guest. At the beginning of the rally, the top leaders of the affiliated organizations will address.
The BNP leaders said that they have taken verbal permission from the police for this rally in Nayapaltan. However, it is said that additional police will be deployed to avoid any kind of chaos and to maintain security.
