Patuakhali Sadar Police Station OC Md. The High Court gave a summary judgment against Moniruzzaman. The double bench of Justice Mostaf Zaman and Aminul Islam of the High Court gave this order on the charge of contempt of court on May 21. In view of the news published in the mass media, High Court lawyer Ali Ahsan Mollah brought the matter to the attention of the court. Later, the High Court gave a summary judgment against the accused OC Moniruzzaman and the arresting police ASI Mizanur Rahman. In that order, the accused have been asked to appear in court on June 18 and explain the incident. High Court lawyer Ali Ahsan Mollah confirmed such information. Regarding the High Court’s rule, the lawyer of Patuakhali Judge Court, Md. Al-Amin Hawladar, said that the student named Ashraful came on bail for 6 weeks from the court of Judges of the High Court, Mostafa Zaman and Aminul Islam. But on May 18, Patuakhali Sadar police station arrested Ashraful and sent him to court. After the arrest, when OC Moniruzzaman was shown the online copy of Supreme Court lawyer Ali Ahsan Mollah’s certificate in accordance with the High Court bail, the OC did not take it into account.
