Institutional Quality Assurance Cell at Patuakhali University of Science and Technology organized a day long “Preparing Universities for the Future; A workshop titled “Budget Management, Research Grant and Audit Resolution” was held. March 6, Monday at 9:30 am in the TSC auditorium of the University, Professor Dr. Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Swadesh Chandra Samantha. Honorable member of Bangladesh University Grant Commission Professor Dr. was present as the chief guest. Md. Abu Taher. In the speech of the chief guest, he said that universities should come forward to build skilled manpower to implement Vision-2041. Higher education should be standardized. Universities must emphasize research, maintain international standards and ensure proper utilization of allocated funds. The main sponsor is the Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Swadesh Chandra Samant said, to create a smart Bangladesh, we have to emphasize on education, ethics, transparency and research, and said that we have to create skilled teachers and researchers to implement Vision-2041.
