Bangladesh Awami Jubo League Chairman Professor Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash and General Secretary Alhaj Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil directed a peaceful rally against BNP Jamaat’s terrorism and anarchy in Rangpur.
On Thursday (1st June 23), a protest march started from the Betpattis district office at around 1pm at the beginning of the peace rally and ended at Bangabandhu’s mural after circling the city’s main road. District Jubo League held a peace rally there.
In the rally, the former joint convenor of the district Jubo League and former student leader Babu Lakshin Chandra Das said, “We are ready to resist those who threaten the life of Hon’ble Prime Minister Jannetri Sheikh Hasina, the builder of Bangabandhu’s dream of Sonar Bangla, and create murder and anarchy in the country. Where BNP Jamaat terrorists will create anarchy. There they will be resisted.
Former Jubo League member and director of Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Diesel Ahmed said that BNP Jamaat terrorists have created anarchy across the country. As part of that, where anarchy occurs in Rangpur, we will resist the District Jubo League.
