 The Municipal Service Association staged a human chain and protest on Tuesday demanding exemplary punishment for those involved in the hellish violence and destruction of Islam in the custody of Brahmanbaria Municipal Building. The program expressed hope that the administration would take quick action in this regard. In the morning, a protest march led by Mayor Nair Kabir started in front of the temporary office of the municipality and ended in front of the Brahmanbaria Press Club. In addition to the mayor, reserved councilor Nilufa Yachmin, councilor Sheikh Md. Mahfuz, Omar Farooq Jiban, Farooq Ahmed, Farooq Mia and other municipal officials participated.
