Upcoming Dinajpur Reza Humayun in the election of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Last 18 against some candidates of Farooq Chowdhury Parishad Election Appeal Board on February-2023 Mahamudur Rahman filed a complaint with the chairman. Murad Ahmed, Mamun-ur-Rashid, Taif bin Sharif, Md Shamim Sheikh, Begum Sultana Razia Jui, Md. Rafiqul Islam, Rubel Islam, by Md. Arshad Ali Khan, Alhaj Rezaul Karim Dinajpur Chamber of Commerce said in the signed complaint Elected for the term 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 of End Industry 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 between executive members Nomination papers filed are voidable. They are: Suja-ur- Rob Chowdhury, Mosaddek Hossain Chowdhury Pappu, Alhaj Md Mofazzal Hossain, Md. Georges Anam, Md. Sanwar Hossain, Md. Zahir Khan, Badsha Imam Arafat, Md. Zakaria (Zaka). It is further stated in their complaint, “1 (7) Elections scheduled under sub-section (4) are to be held in due course If you fail to take action according to the law The respective president, vice president of the executive committee and Executive members of any business for the next 6 years Can’t be a candidate in organization elections.” Therefore Reza Humayun Farooq Chowdhury from 1st serial of Shamim Parishad 08 Nomination papers of members/voters mentioned in order are voidable. The complainants are along with the Chairman of the Election Appeal Board He said in the complaint, equal opportunities and rules for all Taking cognizance of complaints as per applicable rules 1 series with the aim of making the election fair and orderly Nomination/candidacy of candidates from Serial No. to 08 Cancellation requested.
