Barura journalists participated in the annual banquet of Barura Upazila Development Association in Comillas.
On Saturday (March 4) at Comilla’s Blue Water Park, Comilla Barura Upazila Development Association general secretary and Daily Prothom Alo newspaper’s own reporter journalist Gaziul Haque Sohag was present at Comilla’s Blue Water Park. And the Barura representative journalist of daily Jayzaydin newspaper Md. Masud Majumdar, vice president and daily Rupsi Bangla Barura representative journalist Md. Jahangir Alam, general editor and Barura representative journalist of daily Titla Md. Ikramul Haque, publicity and publication editor of daily Navchetna and daily Samajkanth Barura representative journalist Md. Sharif Uddin, president of Barura press club and editor of weekly telephone newspaper Md. Abul Hashem, general editor and Barura correspondent of daily Comilla Kagaz newspaper Md Ilyas Ahmed, editor of daily Muktir Bukhay newspaper journalist Md. Kamruzzaman Johnny, representative of daily Ajker newspaper MD Azizur Rahman. Barura Municipality Mayor Md. Baktar Hossain Bakhtiar, Barura Police Station New Officer-in-Charge Md. Firoz Hossain, Association Vice President and Upazila Awami League General Secretary Md. Nashir Uddin Lincoln, Barura Upazila Development Association were present as invited guests in the discussion meeting chaired by Advocate Zahirul Islam. Chief Adviser Alhaj Md Junab Ali, Adviser and Advocate Abdul Mannan, President of the Ban Bhojan Udjajan Committee and Vice President of the Association Md Mojibur Rahman along with eminent persons of Barura Upazila were present. The event concluded with a cultural program and a discussion session followed by a day-long banquet.
