On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan in Muradnagar, Comilla, Member of Parliament Yusuf Abdullah Haroon FCA distributed iftar items with its own funds. Like every year, on Saturday afternoon, iftar items were distributed among 1000 families in Upazila Sadar’s Uttar Para area. At this time, each family was given 2 liters of edible oil, 2 kg of chickpeas, 3 kg of onions, 1 kg of dates, 1 kg of pulses, 1 kg of pulses in a packet of 10 kg.
Before this, prominent social worker and educationist Naib Ali Master presided over the discussion meeting as the chief guest, Member of Parliament Yusuf Abdullah Harun FCA. At this time, he said, the teaching of Ramadan is fasting, serving the people and doing good work by standing beside the helpless people.
