In Comilla’s Barura, the upazila administration organized a reception and discussion meeting for the families of brave freedom fighters and martyred freedom fighters on the occasion of the Great Freedom and National Day. Upazila Parishad Chairman ANM Mainul Islam was the chief guest at the function under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Sabrina Afrin Mustafa at 2 pm on Sunday, March 26. Barura Municipality Mayor Md. Baktar Hossain Bakhtiar, Upazila Assistant Commissioner Lands Md. Mehedi Hasan, Upazila Agriculture Officer Md. Nazrul Islam, Barura Thana Officer In-charge Md. Firoz Hossain were the special guests. . At the end, there was a discussion about the sacrifice and lifestyle of the best Bengali nation father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the best children of the nation. The program was presented by Barura Upazila Corruption Prevention Committee General Secretary Azhar Suman.
