Haji Nawab Ali Pilot High School, Barura, Comilla held annual sports and cultural competition prize distribution ceremony. Barura Upazila Awami League President Naschimul Alam Chowdhury Nazrul MP was present as the chief guest in the program presided over by Md. Nashir Uddin Lincoln, President of School Management Committee and General Secretary of Upazila Awami League, at Barura Haji Nawab Ali Pilot High School ground at 10 am on Saturday, March 18. Comilla Zilla Parishad Chairman Bir Muktijodha Mofizur Rahman Bablu was present as the main speaker. Barura Municipality Mayor Md. Baktar Hossain Bakhtiar, Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Md. Kamal Hossain, Barura Thana Officer In-charge Md. Firoz Hossain, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Saiful Islam were special guests. Md. Medhad Uddin, the headmaster of the school, gave a welcome speech at the beginning of the program. Members of the school management committee, journalists, civil society leaders, parents and students were also present.
