Bangladeshis die in road accident in Saudi has increased to 13, names have been identified

 24 Umrah passengers, including 13 Bangladeshis, were killed and 29 injured when a bus leaving for Umrah crashed in southwestern Saudi Arabia. Thirteen of the 24 people killed when the bus overturned after it crashed into the railing of a bridge in the southern province of Asir while on their way to perform Umrah in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, were identified as Bangladeshis.  Bangladesh Embassy said.
So far, 13 Bangladeshi Umrah pilgrims have been confirmed dead in a tragic road accident in Saudi Arabia.  Besides, several people are under treatment in the hospital.
The 13 expatriate Bangladeshis die are Shahidul Islam of Senbagh Upazila of Noakhali, Mamun Mia of Muradnagar Police Station of Comilla and Russell Molla, Md. of Noakhali District.  Helal, Sabuj Hossain of Raipur police station of Lakshmipur district, Md. of Cox’s Bazar district.  Asif and Mohammad Hossain, Tongir of Gazipur district.  Imam Hossain Roni, Ruku Mia of Chandpur district, Sifat Ullah of Maheshkhali police station in Cox’s Bazar district, Ghiyas Hamid of Comilla district, Mohammad Nazmul of Jessore district and Roni.
The expatriate Bangladeshis under treatment in local hospitals are Salahuddin of Sitakunda of Chittagong district, Al Amin and Burhan Uddin of Bhola district, Minhaj and Riaz of Lakshipur district, Jewel of Kachua police station of Chandpur district, Afridi Molla and Mizanur Rahman of Magura district, Mohammad Shahabuddin of Noakhali district, Yar Hossain of Comilla district and  Zahidul Islam and Mosharraf Hossain of Jessore district.
Apart from this, Abdul Hai, Rana, Salim, Delwar Hossain, Hossain Ali and Qudds have left the hospital with medical treatment.
It is to be noted that a bus carrying Umrah passengers collided with a bridge and overturned and caught fire instantly.  24 people including 13 Bangladeshis were killed and about 29 seriously injured in this accident in Aqaba Shar area of ​​Asir province.
The accident took place last Monday around 4 pm. The bus left Khamis Mushayet in Aqaba Shar area of ​​Asir province and was heading towards Makkah.
 The bus ran into a brake problem and collided with a bridge, causing the bus to overturn and catch fire.  The fire was brought under control with the efforts of Red Crescent Fire Service team members at the spot, while the victims of the accident are said to be of different nationalities including Bangladeshis.
