The land of dreams, the land of imagination is real Bangladesh today. The country that Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman dreamed of, the country of dreams and imagination has today turned into real gold Bangladesh. His privileged daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has brought the country of her father’s dreams and imagination to a real level today. As he thought. Using the visionary courage, intelligence and thinking spirit of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, she gifted the Bengali nation with her father’s imagined golden Bangladesh. Bangladesh has become a middle-income country with ash in the face of those who once ridiculed or scorned Bangladesh as a bottomless basket of domestic/foreign kulangars. The prime minister came to power in 2008 and transformed Bangladesh into digital Bangladesh, now again digital Bangladesh is going to become smart Bangladesh, which is being discussed all over the world. Bangladesh has transitioned from a Least Developed Country (LDC) to a developing country. The United Nations Committee on Economic and Social Development Policy (CDP) officially announced Bangladesh’s eligibility to transition from LDC on March 15 last year. Although there is a condition of achieving any two of the three indicators of per capita income, human resource index and economic fragility index for transitioning from the LDC category, Bangladesh has been promoted in all three indicators. According to the criteria of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), in this case, a country’s per capita income must be at least 1,230. US dollar, per capita income of Bangladesh is much higher than that i.e. 1610 US dollars. In human resource index, Bangladesh achieved 72.9% in human resource index. Economic fragility index should be 32 percent or less whereas Bangladesh has 24.8 percent. Today’s transition from a war-torn country is a great deal of history for the nation. – which contains the fable of a friend’s passing. This is a big achievement in the implementation of Sheikh Hasina government’s Vision 2021. This was made possible by the vision of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

As a result of Bangladesh’s bold and progressive development strategy under leadership, which has put Bangladesh on the path of rapid development through overall economic growth, structural transformation and significant social progress. moving forward Bangladesh’s development progress shows how Bangladesh can show success like the launch of Bangabandhu Satellite-1 in less than 50 years of its birth. It comes up how the father of the nation united the entire nation for freedom, how a war-torn country is going to become the golden Bengal of the father of the nation’s dream. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s dynamic leadership, prudence, long-term strategic planning, achievement of MDGs, implementation of SDGs including education, health, gender equality, agriculture, reduction of poverty line, increase in average life expectancy, export-oriented industrialization, 100 special economic zones, garment industry, pharmaceutical industry, exports Various economic indicators including income growth. Mega projects of the country including Padma Bridge, Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant, Payra Deep Sea Port, Dhaka Metro Rail. It shows Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s bold call, “Let’s all unite, regardless of party affiliation, to build a prosperous, happy and prosperous Bangladesh for the next generation.” The way Sheikh Hasina’s magic word for the development of Bangladesh is being discussed all over the world today is a matter of pride for us as a Bengali. Just as we have found Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman as an undisputed leader, we have also found his daughter Sheikh Hasina as the magic maker of Bangladesh. In whatever time Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has got, she has shown the world that Bangladesh is not a country of bottomless baskets, but Bangladesh has become a country of overcrowded baskets. A revolutionary change in the country’s communication system has been marked by the inauguration of the Metrorail in Dhaka. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s visionary thinking and strong attitude towards infrastructure development have been positively reflected through the adoption and implementation of the Metrorail project in a complex socio-economic reality. Roads in proportion to Dhaka’s size and growing population.

Amount is very less. That is why traffic congestion is increasing despite various initiatives of the government. The average speed of public transport in Dhaka is the same as walking speed. Every working person in Dhaka has to waste several hours of time every day in commuting to work place due to traffic jam. The financial, emotional and environmental toll of this waste is enormous. In financial terms it is more than lakhs of rupees. For the past decade, Dhaka has been ranked at the top of the unlivable list of megacities in the world in international rankings. It is not possible to advance the country economically by leaving the capital city uninhabitable. The adverse condition of the capital city can create negative impact in the country’s investment, trade, foreign relations and diplomatic transactions. To overcome this situation, it is important to change the image of stagnation in traffic. In the reality of Dhaka it is not possible on conventional roads. In this case Metrorail and Elevated Railway are the only options. It is now going to become a reality due to the concerted efforts of the Prime Minister. We sincerely thank the Prime Minister for this. It was once said that development comes along railway lines. Railways and locomotives were one of the means of communication and public transport during the British period. With the development of technology and evolution of time, the development of multi-dimensional system in public transport has become noticeable. We were very behind in that regard. Through the implementation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s multidimensional development model, Bangladesh’s communication infrastructure is joining the ranks of developed countries in the world. Bangladesh has entered the highway of development through the construction of a multi-purpose bridge over one of the world’s driest and deep Padmani rivers, the Karnaphuli tunnel connecting the port city of Chittagong and the beach city of Cox’s Bazar, and the partially successful implementation of Metrorail as the latest model of urban communication and decongestion in the capital. If all the MRT lines are implemented by 2030 as planned, it is expected that the cityscape of Dhaka will change radically. It is important to ensure that ongoing development activities do not stop or stagnate. In this case, the country’s bureaucratic system is the most responsible. On the issue of mega project implementation.

The Prime Minister’s foresight and determination have been able to overcome bureaucratic hurdles. In a developing country like ours, infrastructure development is one of the conditions for economic progress, but infrastructure development cannot be sustainable without political-social-institutional development. There is no opportunity to ignore all the complaints raised on the question of democracy and human rights. It didn’t suddenly start only during the current government. However, promising development of the political-democratic system of the country can also be possible under the capable leadership of the Prime Minister and strong and courageous decisions like infrastructure and economic development. On the one hand, infrastructural development is visible, on the other hand, an extreme slowdown is being observed in the economic sector, including the banking sector of the country. Due to inflation, the living conditions of the common poor have become miserable. To improve this situation, corruption, opacity should be removed and a positive environment for domestic and foreign investment and trade should be brought back. Survival is no less important than infrastructure development for billions of unemployed, needy-poverty people. Along with the development of infrastructure, practical initiatives for employment of people and resolution of economic crisis should be continued. The views of the country’s main political parties and development partners cannot be completely ignored in the development of democracy and human rights. If the political-economic expectations of the majority of people, human rights, human dignity and security issues are ignored, there is a danger that all the achievements of the government so far in infrastructure development will fade away. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina must take the effective initiative to ensure order and stability in the way of life by stopping the influx of unemployed people from all over the country towards the capital. So much development in the infrastructure sector would not have been possible if the administration had relied on corrupt officials. People expect such a strong role of the Prime Minister in the field of political-economic and other developments. Developed countries of the world today identify Bangladesh as a role model for development. The only inventor of this success is Sheikh Hasina. Sheikh Hasina only used the classical theory of development as a practical model.

He has been able to prove it in terms of reality. Where technical knowledge and money together are able to change the intellectual perception of people. And when it has a positive effect, it is possible to reach the final stage of development. This is analogous to the state model of development. In the ‘Sheikh Hasina Development Model’, Bangladesh transitioned from LDC last November (2021). In the coming days, if the SDGs, Eighth Five Year Plan and integrated program of building a developed Bangladesh by 2041 are implemented simultaneously, the ‘Sheikh Hasina Development Model’ will be emulated and widely appreciated all over the world.
