An allegation has been made against the manager of Harati Port branch of Rajshahi Agricultural Development Bank located in Lalmonirhat district headquarters of threatening the customer by impersonating the president of Jatiya Party.
According to the complaint source, Shahidul Islam, the branch manager of Rajshahi Agricultural Development Bank located in Mahendranagar Bazar of Lalmonirhat Sadar Upazila, is the president of Chittagong University National Students Society.
When a customer named Russell Islam came to the bank and asked the bank’s branch manager Shahidul Islam for advice on how to repay the loan, he kept him sitting and talking on the mobile phone. After about twenty minutes, when the customer again requested the branch manager for advice, he got angry with the customer and said, “You know I am the leader of Jatiya Party.” I have to be busy with various political activities. Later, a Jatiya Party visiting card was thrown at the customer.
Russell Islam, the customer of Krishi Bank who complained about this, said, I am a simple person and a regular customer of Krishi Bank. I want justice for the way I was humiliated inside the bank.
