Shariatpur in the owner of hundreds of crores of rupees, Nurul Haque Khan, is accused of constructing a wall to build a building by occupying the land of a helpless woman in violation of the court order. The victim of the incident filed a case in Shariatpur Additional District Magistrate Court. In addition, section 144/145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is in force on that land.
According to the case and local sources, the owner of 7.60 percent of the land in khatian number 60 and 61 of Tulasar area BRS 1949 of Tulasar area 79 of Tulasar area of ​​Shariatpur municipality is helpless Nasima Akhtar (33). Six years ago, he purchased the land from the local Elim Takudar and did the mutation. Not only that, they are occupied by filling the soil and planting trees. But Nurul Haque Khan (Nuru Khan), the owner of hundreds of crores of rupees in Charpalong area of ​​the municipality, has his eyes on that land. After the formation of the interim government, Nurul Haque started building a wall to build a building by forcibly occupying the land with the people on August 12. Nasima Akhter filed a case in Additional District Magistrate Court on August 14 without getting any relief. Later, the court issued Section 144/145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on that land. But Nurul Haque Khan is building a wall to build a building in defiance of the court order.
Nasima Akhtar, the plaintiff in the case, said that I am the owner of 7.60 percent of the land based on the purchase formula. I am enjoying the mutation. After the interim government hoped, Nurul Haque Khan and his terrorist gang brought native weapons and took possession of my land by cutting trees. I’m scared to death if I stop. I and my family are suffering from insecurity. So I filed a case in court. There is also a court order. However, in defiance of the court order, Nurul Haque Khan and his terrorist forces are forcibly constructing a wall on that land for building. I want a fair trial.
Accused Nurul Haque Khanar (Nuru Khan) said, I am in legal process. I have purchased the land and have the land documents. I have not occupied anyone’s land. Land should be properly measured. Nasima Jadi gets land here he will take it. And explain mine to me. I have no less place in the city of Shariatpur, which has to occupy his land. I don’t lack space. After 2010 I am number one in remittance in Bangladesh. I didn’t like my place. Why I go to take his place!
The lawyer of the case. Sanal Mia says, Plaintiff Nasima and defendant Nurul Haque Khan in the case. The order given by the court in the case is that no change of land size and no work can be done on that property. No party can do anything on that land. If someone disobeys the ban then the officer in charge of the local police station will take action against him.
ASI Mahbub Hasan of Palang Model Police Station said that the court case is ongoing on that land. Besides, section 144/145 of Criminal Procedure Code has been issued on land. I have also given court injunction paper to Nurul Haque Khan. I have visited the land and told him not to do any kind of work on the land.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Palang Model Police Station Mejbah Uddin Ahmed said that there is a court ban on that land. Legal action will be taken against anyone who disobeys the court orders.
