A case has been filed in connection with the vandalism of Charaicha co-ed private primary school in Dakshin Aicha of Charfassion upazila of Bhola.

On Sunday (August 27) night, NM Alamgir of North Madras village of the upazila filed the case in the South Aicha police station with 5 named as the plaintiff and 2/3 as the unknown defendant.

It is known that after three days passed after the defendants ransacked the school house of Charaicha Co-Ed Private Primary School in the early hours of last Friday (August 25), the teachers-students of the Co-Ed Primary School appeared at around 10 am on Sunday, August 27, when the school opened.  Ward 8 manned to get back the school adjacent to a closet Swiss Gate.  Later that night, he filed a case at the South Aicha police station.

The defendants in the case are the son of deceased Alhaj Maulvi Syed Ahmed of Charaicha village, Charmanika Union, Ward No. 8, President of the Co-Ed School.  Bashir Ullah Mia (70), and his son Emnanul Haque Baker (35), others are Mahabub (40), son of deceased Abul Hossain Munsi of Ward No. 9 of Hazariganj Union, Md. of Ward No. 8 of Rasulpur Union.  Md. Sohag (32) son of Ruhul Amin, Nasu Howladar (55) son of deceased Badat Howladar of Ward No. 8, Charaicha 2/3 persons.

According to the source of the case, last Friday, August 25, during the early night of Charaichha Co-Ed Bey Government Primary School, illegal mobs and armed with indigenous weapons trespassed and vandalized the tin-made co-ed school and vandalized the documents in the almirah in the office room of the school.  The defendants took away all the furniture.  The price of which is estimated at 4 lakh rupees.  Later, when the plaintiffs saw the scene and asked why their school was vandalized, the defendants continued to abuse the plaintiffs.The defendants behave violently with the plaintiffs when forbidden to insult.  Then, hearing the loud words of the defendants, the local people came forward and the defendants threatened the plaintiffs with various threats and left the scene.The matter was discussed with the senior authorities of the co-ed private primary school and filed a case on Sunday night. whose number is 08-23.

Ensures integrity of the case Dakshin Aicha Police Station (OC) Md.  Shakhawat Hossain said, the culprits will be arrested and sent to court very soon.
