Shasthika Dutta wins first place and best speaker in Anti-Corruption Debate Competition

Md. Zillur Rahman Jewel Galachipa (Patuakhali) : “In the light of this issue, honesty is the main way to prevent corruption, organized by the Anti-Corruption Commission – in the auditorium of the Upazila Executive Officer with the students of seven schools, colleges and madrasas of Galachipa Upazila at 10 am on Tuesday in a festive atmosphere under the chairmanship of Md. Rafiqul Alam, President of Galachipa Upazila Corruption Prevention Committee and former Principal of Galachipa Government Degree College. Shasthika Dutta of Galachipa Girls Secondary School won first place and best speaker. And the runner-up (second place) was Galachipa Model Government Secondary School.

Md. Ijazul Haque, the Executive Officer of Galachipa Upazila, Abuja, was present as the chief guest at the meeting. Later, he distributed crests and certificates among the winners and educational materials to the participating students.

As a special guest and judge The participants included Md. Hafizur Rahman, Convener of the Galachipa Upazila Branch of the People’s Rights Council, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Shahidul Islam, Academy Supervisor Abu Kalam Sayeed, Upazila ICT Officer Md. Yusuf Islam, General Secretary of the Corruption Prevention Committee Haji Abdul Mannan, Vice President Md. Khalid Hossain Milton and Vice President Md. Harun R. Rashid, etc.

The chief guest addressed the students participating in the Guest Debate Competition 2026, saying that this young generation should work hard to improve their country by keeping pace with the world; He urged them to be more attentive to education, sports and culture as craftsmen of building the future of Bangladesh and build a corruption-free Bangladesh as good people.

Teachers and students of various educational institutions participated in the event.
