Speakers said that women are working in various sectors of the Bangladesh government, starting from airline pilots to working in various embassies and departments, which has been possible for the advancement of women. Even today, news of women being abused at different times is published on various social media, which is very sad, in most societies, women are neglected, they are prevented from coming forward, their lives are threatened by child marriage at a young age, so we need to increase social awareness. If a woman wants, she can contribute to the development of a family, society and the country. A woman can educate her child better than a man. She has also become self-sufficient with various trainings including sewing training and beautification from the Barura Upazila Women’s Affairs Department. As a result, she has been able to introduce herself as a successful woman by eliminating poverty in her family.
