In Sherpur, BNP Chairperson Late Begum Khaleda Zia’s soul was prayed for and winter clothes were distributed among the needy. On Thursday afternoon, January 15, the prayers and winter clothes were distributed at the Sherpur High School grounds in Bagraksa, Ward No. 6 of the city by District BNP Joint Convener Kamrul Hasan.
The prayers and winter clothes distribution meeting held under the chairmanship of Ward No. 6 BNP President Jahangir Chowdhury was attended by District Krishak Dal General Secretary Engineer Monowar Hossain Ranju, District Volunteer Dal Joint Convener Kamruzzaman Moni and leaders of BNP and various affiliated organizations.
These winter clothes were received among more than a hundred needy men and women of Bagraksa Mahalla.
