A research and evaluation workshop on the implementation of Scouts Pirojpur District was held at the Pirojpur District Scouts Building on Monday, May 26, 2025.
The program was presided over by Bangladesh Scouts Pirojpur District Branch Secretary Md. Enayet Kabir Khan. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General and Education and ICT) Alauddin Bhuiyan Joni was present as the chief guest on behalf of Pirojpur Deputy Commissioner and Bangladesh Scouts Pirojpur District Branch President Mohammad Ashraful Alam Khan. Special guests were Rifat Afsana, Joint Convener of Bangladesh Scouts Research and Evaluation Sub-Committee, and Latif Uddin Ahmed, Member Secretary of Bangladesh Scouts Research and Evaluation Sub-Committee, among others.
Scout members from seven upazilas of Pirojpur district participated in the workshop.
In the said program, various issues including the district-level work plan for the next one year to reorganize the Scouts, various programs for the implementation of Scouting, training, development, organization, Girl in Scouts, social development, special events, and public relations and marketing were discussed and decisions were taken.
