Bogura Gabtali Correspondent: Yusuf Ali
On the occasion of the historic May Day, the Gabtali Municipal Workers’ Party organized a colorful procession, which concluded with a street rally at the Gabtali Upazila premises. The rally was presided over by Zahurul Islam Nannu, President of the House Construction Workers’ Welfare Sub-Committee.
The event was conducted by Shafiqul Islam, President of the Gabtali Municipal Workers’ Party. Among the speakers was Abdur Rahim Pintu, Secretary for Village Government Affairs of the Bogura District BNP and General Secretary of the Gabtali Municipal BNP.
Also present at the event were Tariqul Islam, Organizational Secretary of the Municipal BNP; Anisur Rahman, General Secretary of the Municipal Workers’ Party; Assistant Secretary Jewel Ahmed; and many others.
