Murshid said, “After taking charge under the leadership of the interim government, under the leadership of Professor Dr. Mohammad Yunus, we have been working for the development of this country and nation. We all know how far the previous fascist government had distanced itself from the people of this country, which led to the creation of this July Revolution.” She said, “Most of the youth who were on the streets during the July War were women. Not only that, but women were also at the forefront in the Liberation War of 1971 and the mass uprising of 1924.” She said this in her speech as the chief guest at the Women’s Entrepreneurship Association’s Eid reunion and New Year’s Festival-2025 at the Cosmopolitan Club in Baridhara, Dhaka today. He further said that if the political culture of this country does not change, the young society will once again take to the field and they will wake up. Who will suppress the young people of Bengal, they are not afraid to die. He said, we must remember, those of us who have been given responsibility, that we must not forget that we have to work for the development of the country and the nation by looking at the blood in the chest of these young children, those who gave their lives.
