Islamic University Kushtia : Classes of Islamic University’s (IU) first year students beginning today( Saturday), to welcome the freshers Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. Nakib Mohammad Nasrullah was present as the chief guest at the orientation program.Â
The orientation program for the Public Administration Department was held at 11 AM. The orientation program was presided over by the Chairman of the department, Prof.Dr. Md Fakhrul Islam. Present at the program were, Dean of the Faculty of Social Science, Prof Dr. AKM Matinur Rahman, Proctor, Prof Dr. Md Shahinuzzaman, Student Adviser, Prof Dr. Md Obaidul Islam.
The orientation was held for the Department of Development Studies, Department of Communication and Multimedia Journalism, Department of Law, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Arabic Language and Literature, Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, and other departments.
The chief guest, Prof Dr. Naqib Mohammad Nasrullah, advised the freshers to concentrate on their studies and spend time on the right work. He also said that it is important to participate in studies and creative activities to achieve success in university life.
