Meanwhile, when Kalihati Upazila Awami League President and the defeated candidate of Boat, Mojharul Islam went to the police station with his workers after receiving the news of the arrest of the accused, Latif Siddiqui’s workers and supporters attacked them. Meanwhile, the angry workers of independent candidate Latif Siddiqui assaulted Kalihati Upazila Parishad Chairman Anshar Ali Bicom, Upazila Awami League Vice President Abdul Malek Bhuiyan and Municipal Awami League General Secretary Alamgir Hossain.
