In a special operation of Moulvibazar Sadar Model Police Station, 5 gamblers were arrested on the night of June 17, along with playing cards and cash from a gambling party, by conducting raids at the house of Khalek Mier Labor Colony in Paschim Bazar area of the city. Those arrested are Jahangir Mia (38), Tajul Islam (40), Md Ali Mia (55), Mohammad Jahangir Mia (40) and Abdul Kashem (35). Based on secret information, a team of police including Moulvibazar Sadar Model Police Station SI Md Based Mia, ASI Nurul Islam arrested them. 5 thousand 550 in cash from the custody of the arrested persons Money and gambling cards are confiscated.
