On the occasion of the 4th anniversary of Orai Apanjan social organization in Barura, Comilla, felicitation of meritorious people, distribution of sewing machines to entrepreneurs, and distribution of clothes to orphan students were organized.
On Saturday 9th November at 10 am at Red Wing Restaurant and Convention Hall, President of Orai Apanjan Social Organization and Managing Director of Doctors Community Hospital, Journalist Md Ilyas Ahmed was present in the meeting as the chief guest. Special guests were upazila executive officer Nu-Emong Marma Mong, daily Comilla paper editor and publisher Md. Abul Kashem Hriday, upazila health and family planning officer Dr. Md. Muhibus Salam Khan, writer and researcher Dr. Kamrul Hasan.
General Secretary of the organization and former General Manager of BCIC Md. Farukul Islam, General Secretary of Barura Upazila Jankalyan Samity Dhaka Md. Abdus Samad, Vice President of Upazila BNP and former UP Chairman Syed Rezaul Haque Reju, DGM of Barura Palli Vidyut Samity Md. Jalal Uddin spoke at the event. Upazila Academic Supervisor Achia Khatun, brave freedom fighter Shamsul Haque Sardar, Md. Mizanur Rahman Bhuia, President of Titas Upazila Secondary Education Officer and Volunteers Association, Md. Amir Hossain Bhuia, Vice President of Barura Upazila Jankalyan Samity, Md. On the occasion of the 4th foundation anniversary of Orai Apanjan social organization, meritorious reception, clothing among orphan students and sewing machines among entrepreneurs were distributed. At the end of the ceremony, the 4th anniversary was celebrated by cutting the cake.
