District Detective Police (DB) arrested four drug dealers with 55 kg of ganja from Bhatpara area of ​​Cumilla city.
District Intelligence Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Rajesh Barua confirmed the matter in a press release on Friday (July 12).
The arrested persons are the son of Abdul Ali of Kharera village of Burichong upazila of Cumilla district. Zahir (35), Ranjit Chandra Sheel (25), son of Jitendra Chandra Sheel of the same area, Lohaimuri village. Faisal (22) and Ahsanul Haque (23) son of Imam Hussain of the same village.

Meanwhile, 55 kg of ganja was seized from an auto-rickshaw while on duty at the check post. Later, four drug dealers in the autorickshaw were arrested. A case has been filed at Cumilla Kotwali police station in this incident.
