2 Bangladeshis tragically died in a road accident while going for Umrah

Two members of the same family were killed and six others injured in a road accident while going to perform Umrah on the Jeddah-Madina road in Saudi Arabia.  Six others were injured in the accident.  The accident took place Thursday (23 February) at 11:30 pm local time.  Two of the injured are in critical condition.  The deceased are Abdul Malek Member (74) and Taslima Begum (20), father of Ataur Rahman Mukul, chairman of the management committee of the Bengal branch of Jeddah Bangladesh School and College.  Their house is in Shivpur Sadarchar Union of Narsingdi. The injured are Ataur Rahman Mukul, the chairman of the management committee of the Bengal branch of Jeddah Bangladesh School and College, his wife, daughter-in-law and brother-in-law.  They are currently undergoing treatment at Wadi Farah Hospital in Medina. According to the information, Thursday at 11:30 pm local time, the car carrying the family met with an accident. The family went to Saudi Arabia for Umrah visa a week ago.
